Desperate for AC Dash controller

Hello,
I own 1886 LHD 24V BJ70 diesel and have been installing AC install. It had taken months and months to get these parts. I have everything except dashboard AC/Heater contol unit. I am having tough time finding this, obsolete in Japan Toyota. Anybody here know wher I can find this part? I have posted a classified ad here on forum and hope something will turn up, any ideas? Any help greatly appreciated.

Are the 24v/12v different?

If not ,a FJ70 or FZJ70 unit from South America may do.

From memory they are LHD or RHD specific,correct?

Yes, probably 12 and 24V controls are different as well as LHD and RHD, that is why when asking for parts you have to be very specific or wrong thing arrives, thanks for the info.

Get in touch with Dave from Japan4x4 (on this forum). I just got a bunch of A/C parts from him.

Contact Sheldon at G&S Cruisers in Abbotsford Canada. He has the part you are looking for. The 12vdc will not work. If he does not have it (I believe he does as I was looking through his stuff for a retro ac to my BJ70) contact SOR they may be able to help. Good luck.

if anyone is interested a mate has a complete 70 series aircon setup for sale, brand new from toyota complete retrofit kit never used. Probably only good to anyone in aus
