hub locks

Hey all, I have a bit of a problem. It seems the previous owner of my 1990 LJ78 decided to wreck the little brushes for the electric hub lock motor. Is there anybody in Canada or the States who sells a conversion kit so I can replace them with manuals? This would save me the major headache of replacing those little brushes!!
