Hey Wolf, the help section has lots of info on uploading a pic onto this server. it has to be under 89 kb and unless you upgrade your user status to a sliver star you are limited to I think 6 files.

But you can post pics. I like using infranview for re-sizing photos.

Cheers, BB

[G'day all just thought i'd introduce myself, my name is Dale and i'm from melbourne australia. I'm a mechanical engineering student and i love playing with cars, which unforntunately also keeps me broke but oh well. Her is my rig, a FJ73 middy LX, petrol/gas, electrics etc, it was stock when i bought it two weeks ago, now has a decent stereo and some 33''x12.5'' claws on it. Looking forward to being apart of tis forum and having a chat

Wink Great Collection of 4WDs

Hello, a great collection of 4WDs but how much does it cost to keep them in working condition and how much time and effort does it takes you to care for them.

I own know a 1988 FJ62 which is my first 4WD that I bought new from the dealer back then (I was 19 years old), also a 2002 FZJ74 mint condition, . Also I own a 1972 Buick GS STAGE1 with a 455 BIG BLOCK. But older cars or 4WDs needs special care.

FZJ75-Help Needed

i'm a newb to FJ70/FZJ75 etc. and now that my parents have moved to Bolivia I'm trying to get more educated to help them with purchasing a Land Cruiser overseas. My dad is looking at a FZJ75, what motor does this have, he said it resembles the the 1FZJ that was put into '93-'97 FZJ 80's, but this one is carbureted. Is it simply a 4.5L with a carb instead of fuel injection?
Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ryan

Welcome to the 70 section. You may want to start a thread to ask that question.

Hi
I'm Vince from Belgium
My wife offered me a Landcruiser BJ71 with a 3.4 L TURBO engine.
It has an OME lift a TERRATRIP, RECARO seats and lots more... Truely an awsome 4X4.

Hi all cruiser-drivers, nice rigs and great info on this forum.. I'm Bram from Belgium, and i bought my landcruiser 13bt after searching for one in good condition for about 1,5 years. I'm still u student so keeping it in good condition takes alot of my savings but, driving it true the fields puts just such a big smile on my face...

Hi my name is Gord and I just bought a 1991 pzj70 cruiser its a import from japan with 142000 km . The only complaint right now is the drivers seat is alittle to cramped . Iwill up grade seats as soon as I can find a deal on factory air rides. Sorry about no pics but I' am building bumpers for it now and will post pics later.

Hi Gord, welcome to the board.

In my 60 I am thinking of re-drilling the seat rails and moving the seat back an inch or two.

You can post up in the diesel/jdm parts classifieds for wanted air seats...

cheers, BB

Welcome Jetsman, Lots of info for that truck here, and lots of info in the diesel section for your 1HZ engine.

So you fly or work on Jets?

Welcome.

To enter your vehicle info in your signature you go to your User settings on the Left hand side at the top of the page. Choose edit signature and put in your vehicle and year.

Also good to put your location on there. It helps guys give you advice so they know what market your cruiser was sold in.

To learn about posting pictures there is a help section in the general forums and one of the stickied(posted at the top) threads is about posting pictures.

Welcome to mud and have fun.

You are in the right place. You could not get a more honest reliable truck than a 70 series ( especially a 75) Just awesome.

Once you have owned one I swear it must be really hard to go back to anything else.
