Types of BJ74s

Hoping someone can help me with this.

I'm just wondering about types of BJ74s there are and what their model consists of. I have an 87 model auto and it seems to be pretty standard. However I've noticed some with the altimetre thing on the top of the dash, and Im wondering what other things you can get on a BJ74.

The Japanese models are definately the most highly optioned lancruisers in the world which are the ZX models.
There is also outside temp gauges ,sunroofs, winch ,foglights, inclinometer, soft tops with side facing rear seats ,difflocks, overhead cabin lights.
There was also wheel options such as 15in white or chrome as well as 16 in split rims.
I think an extra water sedimenter was available as well.

It possibly was an option in some countries but in OZ it was standard unless you got the difflocks.
Is yours a JDM ,as most of them are open diffs if not locked?
I had the diff in my 73 rebuilt yesterday and shop says they made the LSD lock up easier so I may go try it today timE permitting
