Todays find.... a wooden diff drain plug!!! We tried pulling it out as it looked like the bolt head was all messed up but we couldn't get a hold of it, then we drilled it for a tap and it felt like rubber but when we finally got it out it was wood!!!
I shouldn't be surprised 'cause one side of the front axle has the correct highly tapered bearings while the other side had the more common bearing taper (not correct for the front knuckle though).
