My CD is held in place by the same bracket that held the factory stereo, in fact it holds the CD and the Alpine head unit.
You will need a 90° fitting for your antenna. That way your cable is not twisted behind the CB unit. If you plan to use magnetic mount antenna, you can get a short CB cable. I think they are 3 ft. lenght.

You can run this short cable to your glove box and from there connect your the cable of your mag mount antenna. Remmeber to tune your antenna setup once it's installed. It makes a world of difference.
