I could not do much with the pic, kind of small for my eyes but i think that is your AC idle boost. It is supposed to boost up your idle when your AC is on.

AC idle up, the hose goes to the selnoid mounted on the headlight washer bottle, it kicks the idle up a bit when the AC is on.

The idle up solenoid should be mounted on the driver's side fender then. Should have one vacline going to the a/c idle up diaphragm, and one going to the intake manifold into the funny looking y-piece that the brake booster line goes into. Make sure you have the lines on the correct ports of the solenoid. See the emissions diagram on the passenger firewall for reference.

Or in my case, the Hot Water Shower idle up solenoid.

Connect a vacuum line and presto higher idle for circulating more hot coolant through the heat exchanger.

BTW, I found a suitable replacement vacuum switch at the junk yard - cheap. Look at similar year Japanese vehicles.

Eventually, I'll wire a dash switch for manual idle up control.
