battery issue => Fixed, but now very low idle

So awhile back I had a battery failure. Not sure what happened with it, but it is replaced and good. I connected it back up, clean posts and repaired a wire that the jacket was rotten.

Now it starts great, very quick, but it idles at about 400RPM. It revs freely and feels ok. But this mystery low chugging idle is kind of odd. :idunno:

Has the ECU had a chance to go through a few runs? Could be it just needs to readjust with a stronger reference voltage.

Have you run it for a while?, mine did this when I first got it(optima had 9 volts), replaced it, and it smoothed on out after 10-15 minutes running.

No, I haven't run it long. I turned it off to verify some other things just in case to avoid any other types of damage.

I'll give it a whirl tonight.

Thanks guys.
