Real time help needed: Replaced plugs, wires, rotor, cap & now running rough

I just replaced my spark plugs, wires, rotor and cap. I did this all in one sitting and put everything back in the original orientation. Starts up just fine, but runs rougher than before and there's some hesitation upon acceleration. I was under the impression that if i replaced this components in their original orientation that no timing adjustment was needed... am I wrong? What else could be causing the roughness? Here's a video of it idling, hopefully you can hear a little bit of the rough idling.

FYI I used OEM Toyota parts for everything. I did not mess with the spark plug gap, installed them as they were sent to me.

You may want to check the gap on all of the plugs, it's definitely not a given that they'll be correct out of the box.

Make sure everything is nice and snug, could just be a lose wire.

Sounds like the next step.

I did go through and find a couple of loose vacuum hoses & I fixed those. It idles better now, but still is pretty rough when in gear and below 1000 rpms or so.

Anything else I should check besides the spark plug gap?

So get this, I take out all the spark plugs and one of them had literally no gap. Not sure whether it was damaged during shipping or it got dropped or something, but this was the cause of the problem. It would have paid to check the gaps before installing them...

Always check the gap of a plug before install. A gauge is less then 2 buucks
