Are the front and rear door outside handels interchangeable?

The outside handle on the drivers side front door broke (see picture). I am wondering if I can switch it with the drivers side rear handle.
Thanks,
-Dave

Garage
Don't know, but they do have different part numbers, front vs rear vs left vs right.

I bought some here in Oz from a guy on eBay that are interchangable. (One handle will do front or rear). Seem good quality too.
