Bryon,
Dude, I should just give you my truck for a week...LOL You have got hook ups on everything... I would love to build my own rack. That would kick A$$ !!! We can trade off for some Electric work if you ever need some done...or I can just give you a hand with anything you might need... Let me know when you want to get together.
Nick.

How hard is it to learn to weld alumium? Seeing this rack has really made me want to pull the trigger on a welder.

Keep that thing growing and your going to need an extension ladder to reach anything!!! Hey check out these pics. They are off the Jesus Build. I like this rack(very similar to what you did) and pretty much what I want to do with mine. and this bumper is just sick!!!

I want to make my main rails larger in size like you did with your bottom rails though. I definitely want it to be a full length rack I cant tell by the pick if yours is or not. Based on the shape it looks more like 3/4 length? I would like to see it on your truck! .

wasnt too hard to weld aluminum. I mean this was my first attempt and everything held together didnt burn through anywhere, but some spots look a little like bubble gum. If you are used to welding steel to me it felt more like spray painting thaen welding dont know if i was doing it wrong or what that was just the feel i had. Of course this was done with a mig spool gun.
See ya
