I have searched old posts and havent been able to find anything on this radio except other model Toyota radios.

Does anyone know if a factory radio from a 1994 Toyota Supra Turbo will be a direct fit for my 1989 FJ62. Im not sure of the wiring and anything else Id need. Its the one with a cd/tape combo.

Pics show the fron and rear.

Any help is appreciated, and if you have done this and have some helpful information or a pic even better.

That's what is in my 89. Don't know how hard the wiring might be as PO must have done install, but the unit will fit the dash perfectly.

That radio had a factory external amp. You will need to pull the amp and harness (the one from radio to amp) from the donor car. the harness behind the radio in the 62 will plug into the amp.
