2f 3f headers
I am looking to put a header on my fj62 with a 3F engine.
I understand the the 3F requires 2 o2 sensors for the ecm,
but my question is will the 2f header bolt to the 3f head?

Common wisdom is that the manifolds on a 3FE perform well....... Are you having issues with them?

Run the twin head pipes into a single and install O2 sensors just downstream from the exhaust manifolds a little... before joining the head pipes into one. One you join the head pipes into one, run it (with 2.5 inch pipe) inside the frame with a single cat and muffler
Simple and effective and inexpensive.

Yeah, I would stick with the stock manifolds also.

I agree with Mark. The 3FE manifolds work just dandy. I just happen to have the exhaust out of my truck. Pic isn't very good because I had to straddle a bunch of junk to get the shot. But it does show what Mark was suggesting.

I have been told you need to stick with the manifold on the 3fe because they will blow the gaskets out on the headers. They also do not offer preformance boost

Do you have them coated with something, like a exhaust paint?

The manifolds? IIRC, they were powder coated with a high temp powder by the engine builder. The pipes were not.
