Tranny oil pressure light when T case in neutral

I was ripping out my horrendous 20 year old carpet and in the process knocked my T case lever somewhere between N and 4 low. when I started the truck, I heard a grinding, realized what had happened and put the lever in neutral. Everything seems fine, 4 low engages and works as it should, but when the T case lever is in N, the tranny oil pressure light on the shifter goes on until I shift back into H2 or L4. Any thoughts? Its possible that this isn't related to my fuck up, as I have not used 4 low in a while.
That aside, heres a pic of the vinyl diamond plate (not from SOR) I laid down after removing the carpet. A bit tacky, but easy to clean and big improvement smell-wise.

It's not a "pressure" light, it's a park light. It comes on to tell you that the park feature of the tranny won't work, as the transfer is in neutral, nothing wrong. If you have the owner's manual, it explains this.
