Hmm,
Sounds like the dealer is using an escalator to me. Toyota's suggested list price is $86.02.
Not at all cheap but nowhere close to a hundred bucks.

I believe its the rear most outer vents(grates) on the D piller also known as the ass-end of the 60 
pillers, A(the front window) B(behind the front doors) C(behind rear doors) D(rear most piller by hatch)
