Howdy Mudders!
Looking once again to the mighty mudder masses for recommendations and suggestions on a trailer hitch purchase to haul from San Francisco to New York City with my FJ62. Never have hauled anything before, so all help is appreciated. What kind of added fuel expense should I expect, how much does the 5x8 2-wheeler trailer slow down the avg 8 hour daily drive schedule?

I will of course look through the years of wisdom in the archives but I was hoping to get up-to-the-minute info for Big Blue before the trip in mid-July. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

Id go to u-haul and get the weight dist. class 3 or 4 hitch.I have both. fuel econ. 12ish at 65-70mph. Mike

U-Haul is the only place I could find a class 3 hitch.
