Good to know.

These are the same rectangular bolt pattern from what I have seen. Anyone else confirm?

8/81-4/85 for 60
4/85-8/87 for later 60

These have the top holes and bottom holes offset side to side.

8/87-1/90 for 62

I have an 88 FJ62 box on my 87 FJ60. At least I was told it came from an 88 FJ62 when I bought it used. Bolted right up.

8/80 through 8/81 is listed as a different part, but what is different, i don't know. haven't found a pic yet.
the pic above illustrates my conundrum perfectly. i can get the offset bolt pattern all day, but i need the square bolt pattern.
anybody got one for sale?

any word whether it was the right one, tonyota?
and 3_puppies, i'll definitely check back with you. my truck is unusable until i get a box, so, i'll be in touch for sure!!!!

You are right. I grenaded one years ago and found out about the different bolt pattern on late '85s.

Whatever, it's fine... The SBX is laying on the floor here where the parts truck disgorged it two years ago. I keep stubbing my toe on it.
Why does this junk just pile up? Shouldn't the parts fairy come at night and clean it up and list on ebay?

The parts fairy hasn't stopped by my garage either. She really needs to get out more.
