If you have fuel out of injectors (even if it was not enough fuel pressure) if should spit, cough, etc.
I would pull distributor cap and see if rotor is turning, if not.........
Pull distributor out and see if you have any distributor drive gear left.

Ok...so you have the following. No ECM codes, you do have fuel at the throttle body, you do have spark at the plugs. There were no wierd events that preceded this issue? Truck turns over but does not start.
Ok, does the engine seem to turn over really fast? yes... it may have jumped time, no....then not a problem.
No parts replaced or work done on the truck preceeding this problem?
All sensors and wiring connected to your knowledge?
Truck just simply spins over but does not start... no wierd sounds, or other unusual action?
Ok....here is a wierd one that happend to me on my 92K1500..... going down the road....all of a sudden truck just shuts down..... will not start, but will turn over. Had to tow home. No obvious issues. Checked fuses....it was blowing the ECM fuse....turns out the air cleaner extension (housing that sits down on the injector) was rubbing against the wires that feed the injectors and one or more had a direct short to ground....which happened at that exact moment. Had to replace both sets of wire "pigtails" that feed the injectors. Pull the air cleaner....find the wires that feed the injectors...make sure they are not pinched by the air cleaner housing. Check all the fuses.
