carpet for FJ60

anybody have any good ideas for replacing the carpet in an FJ60?

I am looking for the front and rear carpet...

I have seen where someone used a bedliner of some kind in the rear...it was like a rubberized material, it looked really good.

carpet

Find a shop that sells auto carpet or marine carpet. I got some for like 20 something a yard but its 6 ft wide The front took 2 yards. Those places will also sell pad with a heat shield. I bought the better pad, some 3m spray glue from an autobody shop and it came out really well. It really quieted the car down a lot. It took a little time, a few hours since i had never done it before but with some patients it looked great when done. It was under a 100 for everything I belive when I was done.

I got a 15' by 8' section of carpet from home depot and did the whole back with it. It cost me $15 plus double sided tape. let me know if you want to see it and I can snap some pictures. You might be able to do this for the front carpet but I haven't made it that far yet.

take it from a guy that just spent $450 on a shitty JTO carpet kit. youre better off buying the best marine grade carpet you can find and using your old carpet as a template. You might talk to a few upholstery paces to see if the can cut and sew the front carpet section for a better fit.
