I don't consider my wagon to be among the most interesting because it is mostly stock. But, if you need more ROTW write-ups, I'll volunteer to write mine up.

I'll be willing to write mine up in a week or two when it's finally an FJ62 with H55F.

The bar seems very high for ROTW. How about a really clean, stock, showroom condition ROTW, or maybe a most improved body work ROTW. I love my 60, but even with a tuffy console, ARB Roofrack, Bullbar, and sliders, Lights, Aussie mirrors, narrow BFG ATs and a OME lift, it still seems to pale with what gets put up here as ROTW.

How about most degraded bodywork ROTW? I can put my arm through holes that weren't there a year or two ago

Hey guys, I know that the bar is set really high, but all that you need to write up an ROTW thread is passion. I have a lot less than most 'typical' 60 owners, but I still wrote up a ROTW!!

More people should do it!!

my Dad's 62

My father has the most pristine stock FJ62 I have ever seen. It looks better than it did on the showroom floor. He surfs here a bit, mostly on the FJC forum - he has a TRD one of those - maybe I can get him to write up his blue 62 and put up some pictures.

This is what the ROTW is all about, Passion...this is what ih8mud is all about, and this is what keeps these old trucks in our posession. It is not about how much crap we can bolt on our trucks, or how big the tires are. If this was the case then most of us would be selling these and buying 80 series...

Take some pics, talk about how you came into the landcruiser world or bought your truck from the odd duck down the street and share the passion. Leave the roof rack, bull bar winch, mud tire, what back space do I need thread to the "tech section" and tell us a story.

Clint

I agree with what most here have said.........I don't care how built up your Cruiser is, I just want to see it and hear your story of how you got into the Cruiser world.

Not to mention there are LOTS of times I see something ingenious that an owner did to his rig even if it isn't SOA with ARB's and 37's, etc. etc. It could be something as simple as "I put this switch here" or "I put a piece of carpet on my steering column so my keys would stop making so much damn noise."

A nomination is not required. Just send MACE a PM and he let you know what week it will be.

Yes agreed. The Warthog is nice but time for a new ride. Don't be shy. You've got something better than you know. Let's see it and hear the story.

Good one too! When mine is actually a ride again I will do one on BT60(someday again) write up, however it would have to be jack stand of the month right now! But as the earth says the oxen are slow(bit like our crusiers) with the plow, but the earth is patient. So am I , more to come.
