cool cruiser HFS lift

any of you guys familiar with the lift, is it bad like the pinnacle lift, or about what an OME would be?

Lift "HFS" FJ60/62

A neighbor recently installed this lift on his FJ60, along with extended shackles. He's happy with it, at least so far, and it doesn't appear to be suffering from the dreaded "cruiser lean." I've read somewhere in this forum that the springs may lose some of their lift over time when regularly used for off roading.

Barbell shackles-that's what my neighbor has along with his CCOT lift springs. Those shackles are very similar to the SOR extreme shackles that I have.

Its

Its hard to go wrong with OME Heavies from what I have read, for a moderate, "no steering changes" lift

From what I understand, the mediums give a little lift for a non-loaded stocker. The heavies give lift to those trucks loaded for an expedition and/or fitted with heavy bumpers.

If you are going to put down some spend, the best idea would be to take your questions to the source: Call
ARB tech support for the real deal.

if

If you are going to put an aftermarket rear bumper w/ a tire carrier and jerry cans or a hi-lift jack or a safari rack or any large amounts of weight in or around the back then go heavies so it doesn't sag when its loaded to the gills. plus a little scowl (lil higher in back than front) looks sweet

I got the heavies and like the ride along with the stinkbug stance. The only issues I can see getting the OME's are extending your sway bar links. Euclid did a nice write up for the rears and I did my own quick disconnects for the front. I know HFS/CCOT does nice springs for the 40's as does Alcan. I haven't seen anything regarding their 60 series lifts.

I have 5" Alcans, custom length (for nice shackle angle) and love them.
Mixed bag on reviews, but it seems that people who ask for custom dimensions are happier than folks that just measure the the stock lengths. Some folks had some droopage (from what they say) Mine are nice.
