No picture updates as the camera is in Texas with the wife and kids but I did get some work done.

The front axle w/sleeves gives me 63.5" wms/wms.

Got the front end dropped back down on the new tires and BTW Dan, it still clears the garage door by about 4" .

Weak-Link got the dash just about back together, kinda looks like a vehicle in there again.

The front axle is in. All wideded up and everything.

Got some diff protection on along with a little shave on the drain plug.

And the "Bat Signal"

We called it that due to the look of the plate prior to "massaging" to fit the diff. Heres the template.

Got the PS box pulled, cleaned up, tapped, painted, and thrown back on. Just need to set the ram and run the hoses and the Assist will be in good shape.

And heres how it sits as of now. Need to tear into the rear suspension now.

Last one.

Not tying to tell you how to build your rig, but.

I think your E-Brake cable goes under the carpet, not through the heater duct.

It's right about 80-81" tall with the truck sitting level.

BTW, the best we can say about the flight is they all made it home safely.

Amanda was fried last night and the girls were still bouncing off the walls.

What's the backspacing on the wheels? How wide are you?

Yup, stability. My 40 was relatively low, had a full width 60 up front (69") and was the most stable sidehilling rig I've owned. I wanted to build this one lower than it is but I don't feel like re-building the back door arches to make the tires fit. At least with the wider axle I will get back a bit of stability with the added height.

I added 2" spacers to get me a little wider after strapping on my 39.5s too... It made a noticeable difference in the stability. I'm at about 80-81ish inches wide. I'd like to get rid of my monster hangers do even more sheetmetal cutting sometime soon like a you, Kavik, boots, and others have done to get the COG down.

Yeah I thought about just running spacers but it starts killing your steering when you push the pivot farther away from the trunion. I've done it before so I'm not knocking it, I just wanted to keep this tight as my wife might drive a bit and I want her to be comfortable.
