very little brakes

I just finished putting longfileds, lockright locker, all bearing and races, seals, calipers, brake lines (hard and rubber).

My brake pedal goes all the way to the floor? have been bled severale times with no luck.

anyone have this problem?

could it be the master cylinder?

When you bled....did you also bleed the back also how did you bleed them ..... did you get the calipers back on the correct sides?

I did that once

Look to see if the bleeders on the calipers where they are located on the caliper itself....they should not be on top rather at the bottom. that will make a huge difference.

Did you bleed furthest corner first etc. (pass. rear, then driver rear, then pass. front then driver front)?

all that work and no new felt sweepers??!!

IS the resevior remaining full?

bleeder is on the bottom of the caliper,of course you can't bleed it this way it has to be on the top of the caliper in order to release air trap in the system.john

I bled in this order 1st driver rear 2nd pass rear 3rd driver front 4th passanger front.

I have fluind coming from the bleeders, the resevoir is being refield after each wheel is done. I have plenty of pressure from the bleeders. I have good flow

I pump the brake and then bleed each one. pedal is hard then after I start the truck the pedal goes to the floor?

I think I am screwed dunno? I will keep trying. Thanks

Don't feel to bad I did the same exact thing a couple of years ago just swap the calipers, bleed your brakes and you should be fine .

The formed steel line to the caliper is still available new from Toy. It's cheap and makes it easy to install (or swap in this case) the calipers.

Just got some last week. PN's are:
