That is a great color for a 60 series. Looks like my old '62 that I sold. Also props to the underneath pic. Very nice.

The lift is 2.5 heavy OME- I expect them to settle a bit. The idler is from Specter.

Thanks Trapper- I would like to say I am doing all the work but due to this truck needing so much to be drivable I chose professional help. I am so itching to drive that thing.

I don't think there is ANYTHING wrong with that...sometimes its just a matter of money and skill...Have it done once or do it wrong-fuck it up-do it again for twice or three times the money. I rebuilt my front end but I had help then I had the body work done by a pro and brakework too. Some stuff that is life dependent you just have to leave to a guy who knows what he's doing. IMHO

Once again looks good.

Do an advanced search on my username and check out how I did my grille and headlight doors, I think yours would look sweet like that too

32X11.5 15inch

I have not flexed them yet to see if they rub- but I dont think they will with the lift.

low mileage late model 2f from a japanese firetruck- see est 5k miles, slightly hotter cam.

jimc carb rebuild
brakes, axles, steering box, power steering, ipor front seats, arb bull bar, ome heavy/heavy, H55, transfer case rebuild, new carpet, new dash cover, Arb sidesteps, IPF headlights, ipf harness upgarde, hella blcakmagics, mechanical oil and water, etc etc- I am broke. Another Update

Well Paint is done, motor is done, just needs Jimc Carb installed (will be here Monday--Thanks Jim!!) Bull bar and lights still need to go on and then I get to start working on the interior. I finally got to drive it today and man o man what a difference a fresh motor makes. So enough of my babbling here are some pics.

yeah... but it might be too late for the door chrome. The paint will be faded underneath.

here is a link for the big windows.. the doors chrome strips pop off. the vertical chrome on the rear doors require removing the small window and the aluminum strip on the bottom of the windows can be painted black (it's not chrome)
