I was working on it awhile ago, may have been updated while you were on it and went screwy?
Been on the site sometimes 4 times a day (still moving up) and no problems here.

Careful with the BFH though, if you need to tap the weather-strip into place, do it gently, there are metal "U"s inside the rubber that keep the grip tight, if they get hit too hard they will deform and not grip as well.

I just pounded it into place with the heal of my hand. IndianDoc, well, is a practitioner of overwhelming force. Looking forward to the rear hatch strip and may be interested in the panels.

No it's just crusier law, cant do any repair on a FJ without your

BFH ready, may not need it but usually you end up needing It.

LOL

Very good sir! Glad they got there in one piece.
As embarrassing as it is, I have everything in order for the hatch seals, except the boxes to ship them in!!!
They should be here any day now and I will update the site accordingly.
I've hopefully got it set up simpler now, with just a button to click.

Everybody is happy again...
But not for long at this rate! Looks like I will be out of the door weatherstrip by the end of the day! But there is another roll already on the way, and the hatch strips should hold out for awhile.

Now back to those tailgates...

Kevin, quick question (read through the thread and didn't see it asked): from the pics of your door weatherstripping installed, the factory weatherstrip on the doors themselves looks to be removed. Is this the case?

Either way, when I get some spendin' money I'm gonna be hitting you up for a set

Glad they made the trip to France in good time. Nice to know they will soon be cruising the sands of Tunisia!

I will print another batch of shipping labels this evening, so you and all the others who ordered today will have their boxes shipped tomorrow.

You see a lot of boxes, I see a lot of money out of my account! One month is scary, but the next month it comes back in. Do you know you guys have gone through over $4k in weatherstrip so far?
The soft welt on the doors themselves stays in place, this replaces the edge trim on the body opening. It creates a seal where there previously wasn't one.

The next roll of doors is scheduled to be here on the 7th of July.
