Any downside to finishing this side of knuckle job and doing other next weekend?

In trying to do everything the proper way, even sanding and repainting knuckle etc etc I am pressed to finish the one side in the morning. Any reason that after refilling diff that I couldnt drive this week (run my biz out of the truck) and do the other side next weekend. I did the knuckle job because the side I'm working on now exploded pudding out the seal last week, no obvious signs on the other side. If there is any small reason I shouldnt do this I will take another day off of work, but I really need to make some money this week! Redundant. thank you all again
