Carb is too rich

I have a 1985 FJ60. It has a Mallory ignition and ran really well over the winter. Then it started dying if the choke was all the way off at lights. Then the carb started running more and more heavy with fuel. Now it won't start. HELP?!?!?!

I have changed the plugs, set timing, cleaned the air filter.

Check the fuel level in the site glass on the carb. It may be a stuck float or leaky bowl valve.
