| It is a third car for me, but I love driving it around. I will trailer if its more than 2 to 3 hours but like to drive it on the highway between trails. Right now first gear is way to tall. When I haul it to colorado I have trouble taking off in first. I also want a lower climbing ratio and thats why I am considering new tranfer case from Marks adapters ( I think that the company). I also feel like if I get a 5 speed it will be a better all around fit. Low first and hi top end. I am afraid if I just do gears then I will be trailering it everywhere I go.
I am quite sure any path I take will work but can make a decision.
Another option I am thinking on is after the 5 speed, I would like to get a 62 and use the axles for lower gearing, cut up or change out the body if its clean and make 2fe. So many options and so little time.
I would not do the springover and tires until the rest was done.
