Anyone add rear headrests to an FJ60
Anyone know if its possible/ easy to add headrests to the rear seat in my FJ60? Thanks!

If the 62 seat mounts the same you have an easy solution. I have no idea if it does though...

It does. I replaced my seat back with one from an FJ62. I used the front headrests from an FJ60 and it all worked perfectly.

Hey Turtle, do you just take the headrests out to get the seats all of the way down? Pretty cool.

Yes. works perfectly. all you need to do is install the 62 rear part of the seat, and change the side-locking mechanism to the one of the 60. it botls up perfectly. to fold down, take the headrests out, done.

Great! I'll start searching for a gray 62 rear seat back in the southeast. I'd still be curious to know if my existing seatback could be modified to have headrests...

While you are at it you should just replace the seat bottom with one from a 62. 62 seat bottoms have holes for the headrests to go into when the seat is folded flat.
