| Best Bang for the Buck Mod by Category For those of us who have limited funds and want to prioritize mods by what we can afford, I thought it might be helpful to hear from the collective members on what is the best bang for the buck mod by category. I thought it might help new members as well. So here are the categories I've come up with.
General wheeling
Hardcore wheeling
Road Handling
Creature Comforts
Toys
Long distance traveling
If someone thinks of a category that needs to be added to this list, feel free to add. Pictures and cost would also be helpful. As this thread dies, I will post a summary of mods mentioned for the different categories. Thanks to all in advance for contributions here.

| I have read that thread all the way through and it is great. There are many mods that couldn't be listed there because they were over the $50.00 limit. For example, as for the wheeling category, I would vote an Aussie locker as the best bang for the buck @ $250.00.
The other thread is very limiting.

| for general wheeling i vote side turnout exhaust instead of under the bumper. wont get crushed and most muffler shops will just give you a simple 90 to weld on. so cheapest and potentally could save your entire engine.

| Chevy 350 has to be the best bang for the buck. There is no replacement for displacement.
