| Remote Control Replicas Been watching a video clip of a remote controlled UNIMOG on google, all functional with low ratio and everything, and that looks like a nice novelty item to have. Anyone know where to get these in a toy60 series configuration ?
Thx |

| I believe those new unimogs are drive by wire so adding a remote is not a big deal. You can even convert it from a right hand drive to a left hand drive in under a minute by sliding the steering wheel and pedals to the other side. That said, you can fab your own remote setup if you want but it is a lot of work. you need motors and rams to work the steering, gas and brake minimum and still allow it to be a driver. Its a neat idea and would be fun to have a full size RC truck but not practical.

| I think he might actually be talking about a scale model not a full size model.

| I have been doing rc's for years and sorry, no 60 series landcruisers ever made. you can find 40's and Kyosho used to make an 80 series but the 80 has long been discontinued.

| Sorry , missed the toy60 part. I just remember seeing the full size unimogs being controlled by remote. I can't find the info right now. My thoughts went right to that.

| A full-size remote controlled UNIMOG - that would be heck of a ride. A lot more expensive than your hobby model!!
