Does anyone have info on these?..Shocks

Just wondering if anyone else has these on there rig. They were installed long before my knowledge of mud. I believe they are KYB.

Ride really well. Helped to tame to the bad shock death rolls my truck had when first purchased.

they look to me like these off jcwhitney how do u liuke them? http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...ng+over+shocks

i been considering getting these http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...helper+springs

the last i posted there go on coil spring or leaf spring vehicles to offer load suport as helpers./ Im thinking if i get the 2,000lbs set for the rear of my truck beings the rear of my truck has more clearnce between the bumbstops and the 2000 lbs springs are 7 and a half inchs long, and getting the 1,000 or 1500lbs ones for the front ebins they are 6 and a half inchs long. I figure it might help with the leaning im get going around turns. it was fun draggin door handles in a 78 montecarlo but shore as hell not fun in my fj62. And i figure i might get an inch or two of lift out the deal.

I think the consensus is; that is not a good thing for the 60. the upper and lower pins are for just regular ol' shocks. the extra stress on the pins, push/twist the leaf spring plate where it meets the axle. swank60 posted a pic a long time ago showing the twist.

coil springs on the rear?

I've got these too. I thought I was the only one. Last time I was under the 60 the coils really didn't seem to support much. I can't imagine the ride being any softer without them. I'm have to go out after work and see if I'm getting any twisting/bending of parts down there.
It flexes pretty well for stock (minus the shocks o course)

why cant i post pics wtf
what do u guys think of these that go ontop the dif under the bumbstop?

* Designed for rear coil or leaf springs. Add extra strength, buoyancy—spring action increases with load
* Top coil is rubber coated for quiet operation
* For leaf springs or…for coil springs

Our most affordable! 1,000-lb.capacity springs are approximately 6-1/2" H x 3-1/4" I.D.; 1,500-lb. cap. and 2,000-lb. cap. are approximately 7-1/2" H x 3-1/4" I.D. No installation hassles—unscrew only 2 bolts to remove. Not for vehicles with air suspension or independent rear suspension.
