The bils thumps during extensions when combined with OME springs with 30mm spacers in the front. therefore you can use it going to the malls on ly if you have more than 2" lift unless you make shock extensions. also being monotube design i think it is the reason why they cannot extend or compress much more than twin tubed designed shocks. as for the ride we did not notice any difference, sometimes it is softer though in some instances.
