We have been working on some new stuff for the FJ40's around here lately. All of our products are built in our facility right here in Wisconsin using USA made Steel and hardware.
First, we designed these up earlier, the FJ40 Tube door.
These doors are built to last and include hinge tubes with bronze bushings and door latches built in. The latches work with your stock striker so there's no need to mess with extra parts floating around the cab for when you want to change back to the stock doors. The doors also include a mount for the stock swing limiter so your door won't go flopping around when it's open!
$274 for the door set.
Next, and the big news item, we have the FJ40 Internal Roll Cage kits!
These kits are built from 1.75" American Made Tubing and are available in HREW or DOM. What's the difference you ask? If you are not a hardcore wheeler, and are on a budget, go for the HREW, if you are a hardcore wheeler and expect to roll go for the DOM tubing.
The kits come complete with top and bottom floor mounting plates, including a full wheel well length top plate in the rear and all the hardware you need. Also ALL tubes included in the kit come prenotched and ready to weld
(some minor adjustments maybe be required, but are unusual). No need to mess up tubes trying to notch them yourself! The kit also includes upper cross bracing and grab handles for the front seat passengers. Check out the pics!
