It came out to about $700 including shipping for the OME medium lift springs, new OME shocks, and new OME steering stabilizer. Would be less if you didn't want all the components. Give Metal Tech a call and chat with Mark if he's around. Really helpful guy, I'm sure he can hook you up with the lowest price around.
