i used 12 of the 14 holes on my front bumper, the size is 10x1.25. like your bumper design, nice low profile/good approach. fibreglass over the cardboard and run it!
btw, the cruiser should be your dedicated wheeler, i could go into depth i think you'll find out in good time.
