I may need to send Fel Pro an email. if I had noticed it initially I could have just cut the gasket and flipped one side over and it would have been fine. I'm honestly surprised I missed it. But then again I also missed 4 25mm freeze plugs in the side of the block... I just took it for a 30-35 mile drive and I still can't get over how smooth it is. It's fairly quick when I really stomp it too. Ran it up to 4200 a couple times and it's still nice and smooth. I need to do a little tuning though. It's dieseling a bit at shutoff. I need to drop the idle down a little (currently at 850) and adjust the idle mixture screws on the carb. It's certainly not like driving my mustang, but it's got more than enough power for what it is. I'm quite pleased.
