Put it together correctly and run it. if it makes noise, then you'll have to pull the diff out and change bearings. Probably not.

Man you guys are good. I knew someone would know what it was.
I see the sping in this pic once I knew what to search for.
I replaced the seal and everything seems fine, no leak, no noise, or play.
