I did the lubing of the mechanism and also lubed the actuator internally on my rear doors.

I ended up having to replace them. The motors that drive the locks are little DC ones and they have a definite life expectancy as they wear out internally. The rear actuators are not too expensive from Dan - but the fronts are scary expensive as it's all one integrated unit rather than a separate actuator like the rears.

I'm going to try disassembling the front mechanism to see if the motors are the same as for the rear actuators. If they are i'll just pick up 2 more rear actuators and transplant the motors.
