Ask your Toyota dealer for F.I.P.G. gasket sealer, use a thin layer on both sides and it will never leak.

I will also vouch for the Toyota F.I.P.G. gasket sealer. I did exactly what Shane mentioned above. It was the only way I was able to stop my oil pan leak completely.
