Do the boards go all the way to either end or can you slide the board forward and pull up at the end. If not, just cut out the old boards, when putting the new boards in, cut them so they can drop down all the way in the back when pushed all the way forward. Once the board is down, slide it back half the distance so each end has the same amount under the lip. Us trailer deck screws. I have found them at the local hardware store. They are self drilling, have an extra thin strip on the bit portion. Drills the wood a little wider than the screw then gets knocked off as it drills into the metal.
