sounds like you have a problem with a ground wire that has come loose and is shorting out your elecronics.
do you have a repair manual, or FSM?
i would find out what circut all of those accessories are on and look for the loose wire.
do you have any trailer lights set up or spliced into the taillight wiring? this is a common spot for shorts to occur.
get a voltmeter and find out where the problem is at...
another thing to try would be to TAKE OUT each of the accessory fuses one by one, and when you find what circut the problem is on, some of the other accessories will probably come back to life.
