No one is blasting the body except me. And yes, I am worried about warping body panels that's why I am doing it myself. I won't be hitting the roof or the rear quarter panels with my blaster. My personal equipment consists of a Diesel ingersol rand compressor with a 120 lb gravity feed blaster. The ingersoll is capable of 175 psi without even coming off idle. Lots of pressure and sand so I want to do it myself so it's done right!!

Read a couple good articles on blasting, sounds like you should almost never hit a panels strait on and if you were to attempt the longer pieces of sheet metal door skins etc you should shoot at a 15 degree angle.
Although if you set up some saw horses and get comfy with some 80 grit on the orbital you can also get the job done pretty quick.
Sounds like your compressor could hold up to you and two of your buddies with orbitals and a case of coolies.....
