Sounds like it's a dealer that used this as a "dealer demo" thereby still considered 'new' in the eyes of Toyota. I've been looking at buying one for a while now and have come across quiet a few of these. As long as it's not been registered, it's still
technically new (not in my eyes though - if it's got more than ~100 miles regardless of who put them on, it's used to me!).
Based on what I've seen, $52k is the going asking price of used LC's with ~10k. Not quiet the screaming deal the seller implies.
