2:20 to Elkhorn, :45 to Rustic Woods...Heather can leave there on Sunday morning and head to work - BIG advantage

This place went for $8500....trailer, deck, two sheds, and the years lot fee paid....trailer alone is worth $9k-11k, so it was a good deal.
