Yes it does. I have the factory roll bar pads also for it. I actually have 2 sets of factory pads for it. I will be in West Virginia until Sunday evening trail riding with my son and brother. I know that the roll bar has rust on it. As well as I can remember, I think that it is mainly surface though. I do have the oem tire carrier and it is out of the weather and it is in good condition. I will get with you Sunday evening or Monday if that is alright.
