Do you mean t-case? The Tundra with the 4.7 has a centered rear output on the t-case but the 100 doesn't. When my father in law had his 100 up over the holidays I crawled under and did some rough measurements (which I promptly lost). Definitely offset to the passenger side though. Not as much as my FJ62 but it should work fine. Unfortunately I couldn't talk him leaving his drivetrain with me however so I'll have to look elsewhere if I want to swap one into my 62
