Have you checked carter clearance space?
A friend is having a bit of trouble fitting same engine into a FJ62, had to cut the firewall to put the engine behind the front axle. Relocated engine mounts, gearbox/tranny moved back also. Custom lenght driveshaft, etc.
Watch for full PS compresion clearance and double check if there's any space left for the alloy carter.
