Amateur Radio (Ham)

During the March meeting people expressed an interest in Amateur radio.
It is a sport(?) all by itself if you want it to be. Having more Hams in our club can only help us in the long run. The place for information to start your new interest starts with the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL)
ARRLWeb: ARRL Home Page

Local clubs with more good info are here

Pikes Peak FM Association Inc.

Pikes Peak Radio Amateur Association

If you are still confused or need to ask questions I will help to answer all of them.

If we get a interested group of 6 people we can set up our own class. If there are interested people , but not very many (1 or 2) we can see if there are other classes in the area.

Please post your name so I can get an idea who is interested.

Thanks

David M.
