To be honest, I purposely haven't added up all my receipts for this project. Although, I can tell you the cost (minus both axles and suspension from the 80) was around the same as what I spent for my SOA six years ago, (high steer, cut&turn, shocks, all that stuff).
If you can find the axles for a reasonable price, this is defiantly a cost effective swap.
